The Southeast Arkansas Growth Initiative (SGI) is a 14-county (Arkansas, Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Cleveland, Dallas, Desha, Drew, Grant, Jefferson, Lincoln, Lonoke, Pulaski, and Saline) economic development strategic planning effort that began in February of 2010 to organize area leadership to pursue ways for the region to be competitive in the global economy.
