About The Alliance Jefferson Foundation Jefferson Foundation is an Arkansas 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit corporation formed for the further development and improvement of the physical and human resources of the greater Pine Bluff area. The board of the Foundation is identical to that of the Economic Development Alliance. Jefferson Foundation serves as an applicant for community or economic development funds made available through philanthropic organizations and governmental entities. Services as a fiscal agent are also made available to other non-profit groups as a means of assisting in their attainment of community goals. |
